1. About us

This website is operated by Isabel Prosser trading as Cosy Countdown (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole trader registered in England. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk passes to you when the item is delivered to the address you provided.

5. Your right to cancel

See our Return and Refund Policy for details of your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — images, text, product designs, logos — is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you are a consumer resident outside England and Wales, you may also have the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version on the site at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
