3. Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, including the UK, US, EU, Canada, Australia, and most other countries. If your country isn’t available at checkout, email cosycountdown@outlook.com.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

• United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
• United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
• European Union: 6–14 business days
• Rest of world: 8–16 business days

These are estimates based on past performance. Carriers can be delayed, especially during peak Christmas periods.

Christmas delivery deadlines

To receive your advent calendar by 1 December, we recommend ordering by:

• UK: 15 November
• US / Canada / EU: 10 November
• Rest of world: 5 November

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time. We cannot guarantee pre-December delivery for late orders and will not issue refunds for late arrivals that fall within our stated delivery windows.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We declare parcels accurately as required by law. If a parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, we will refund the product price only (not shipping), minus any return costs charged by the carrier.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost or stuck parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ business days, email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. We’ll either resend or refund.
